Musical stalwarts to be honoured at Bob Marley One Love Football Extravaganza

Three of Jamaica’s stalwart musicians, Max Romeo, Winston Rodney of Burning Spear fame and Lincoln ‘Sugar’ Minott, will be honoured at the annual Bob Marley One Love Football Extravaganza at Harbour View Mini Stadium today, beginning at 4 p.m.

Over the years, organiser Clive ‘Busy’ Campbell has selected esteemed local entertainers and sports personnel for recognition for their work and contribution to both areas at the annual football event.

Meanwhile, former national footballers Walter ‘Blacker’ Boyd and Ricardo ‘Bibi’ Gardner and entertainer ‘Sizzla’ will highlight the list of celebrities down to take part in the football showcase.

The three will represent Entertainers, which also includes Kybaka Pyramid, No-Maddz, Wayne Marshall, Aidonia, Marvin Chin and Oneil ‘Bigga’ Smith.
