UPDATE: LIME sorts out calling problem
Telecommunications company LIME says actions have been taken to resolve problems experienced by some customers in making and receiving calls.
Earlier today, a number of the company’s mobile customers complained about difficulties using voice and data services.
A notice about the problems being experienced on the network was shared on the cell giant’s official Facebook page this morning along with an apology to its customers.
Contacted by our news centre this afternoon LIME’s Corporate Communications Manager, Elon Parkinson, said the problem is being rectified and some links have been restored.
According to him, issues of this nature will sometimes occur.
