CENTURY 21 Heave-Ho Properties cop Top Producer in the Caribbean award

CENTURY 21 Heave-Ho Properties recently received a number of awards at the CENTURY 21 Global Convention held in Washington DC recently.

Presented to the company were the Centurion Office 2014 Award; Top Producer in the Caribbean, Bermuda and Bahamas, and Double Centurion Award to Deborah Cumming, the company’s managing director.

The Centurion awards are the most prestigious presented to CENTURY 21 sales associates and offices worldwide, and only a small percentage of associates and offices attain this status. 

The Centurion Office 2014 and Top Producer 2014 in the Caribbean, Bermuda and Bahamas awards were presented to the company for their impressive accomplishments in the real estate sector for the year.

Among the company’s larger transactions in 2014 was the sale of the

Oceana Hotel in downtown Kingston, which was sold to the Downing Street Group of Toronto, Canada, which plans, together with Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust, to renovate the facility and provide Kingston with an additional 60,000 square feet of commercial space.

Cumming, who won the Double Centurion Award for her personal performance, said: “We are proud to have won these awards.

It is the second time that we have won Centurion Office, and first time as Top Producer in the Caribbean. I am exceedingly proud of our amazing team of sales associates and support staff and look forward to another stellar year.”
