CPA Ontario names Allison Peart fellow

Allison Peart, country managing partner and a tax partner at the Ernst & Young office in Jamaica, has been named a fellow by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, recognising her career achievements with the profession's highest mark of distinction.

Fellows are outstanding members of the profession who, through their careers and community work, embody the designation's high standards of professional excellence and integrity.

Peart's achievement will be celebrated at a presentation ceremony and dinner hosted by CPA Ontario on December 5 in Toronto.

She has more than 20 years of public accounting experience with professional services firms in serving a wide range of clients, including Canadian Schedule 1 banks, and has worked for Ernst & Young in Toronto and New York in international tax services practice.

She has worked with a number of clients in Jamaica across a wide range of industries, including retail, distribution, manufacturing, financial services, and hospitality.
