The NCB Financial Group (NCBFG) will be opening a new multifaceted banking and financial services centre at West Trade Way, Portmore, St. Catherine on January 22.

The ultra-modern facility will provide banking, insurance and investment services.

It will replace NCB’s Portmore branch, which will be moved from 18 West Trade Way where it was temporarily relocated for a year to facilitate upgrades at the original West Trade Way location.

The new centre will also house Advantage General Insurance Company, a subsidiary of NCBFG which is currently just minutes away from the bank, NCB said in a release.

This merger of the services is a part of the Group’s broader customer solutions strategy, which includes a holistic approach in meeting customers’ financial needs.

“The building located at 13-14 West Trade Way was in need of renovation, the parking space was limited and we did not offer all our services under one roof,” explained Dwight Hyde, Manager at NCB, Portmore branch.

“We felt our valued customers deserved more. Now, after approximately 12 months of renovation, we are ready to open our doors to our brand new, first class, state-of-the-art financial services centre,” he added.

The new banking and financial services centre will additionally feature a spacious open-concept layout, expanded parking facilities, 24-hour Bank on the Go self-service area, and a drive-thru ABM. NCB has similar centres at Fairview in Montego Bay and Constant Spring in Kingston.
