The Manning and daCosta Cup schoolboy football seasons get under way tomorrow, with games starting across the island at 3 p.m. Go out and support your alma mater!


If you haven't done it yet, today is the deadline to sign up for The Gleaner 180 5K Run and Walk, scheduled for September 13, starting at 6:30 a.m. You can register at http://www.runningeventsja.com/events/gleaner180.html, or collect forms at The Gleaner Company, 7 North Street, Kingston, and the UHWI Physiotherapy Department. Cost: Individuals and teams of less than 50 persons $1,000 per person. Teams of 50 or more persons $900 per person.
