Indie-Rootz Records to release Royalty Dub album

With a line-up that boasts reggae stars like Luciano, Jimmy Riley, Lady G, Patra, among others, Brian Kotler and Garnett 'Bobby' Pottinger of Montreal, Canada-based reggae label, Indie-Rootz Records, is gearing for a successful 2015 with the Royalty Dub rhythm.
The Royalty Dub rhythm is described by the producers as one that "ties together a fresh reggae sound, blended with classic dub elements, creating a new-age fusion guaranteed to be loved by reggae fans worldwide".
As forerunner to the release of the album, the first single released, Rock and Come In, by Lady G, featuring Shae Mill, was available for free download until last Monday, November 3, on SoundCloud. The single, released in mid-September, has been enjoying some amount of rotation here in Jamaica and has received positive feedback. If response to the single is an indication of how well the album will do, then the Indie-Rootz label appears set to cement its name among reggae's elite producers.
The completed album should be ready for release in a matter of weeks, and alongside the aforementioned artistes are several North America-based entertainers, including the roots-reggae and fusion artiste based in New Orleans, Meagan Simone, and Empress Minott.
The tracks on the album include: Music - Patra, All For One And One For All - Mikey General, featuring Meagan Simone, Free - Empress Minott, Freedom Fighters - Aphtanan, The Sky's The Limit - Norval Edgehill, Come Back Home - Juliet Nelson, How Can You Say - Luciano, No Sellout - Donna Makeda, Rock And Come In - Lady G, featuring Shae Mill, This Love - Mikey Melody, Life Is A Journey - Jimmy Riley, and Rescue The Poor - Synnus, featuring Jimmy Riley.
"Indie-Rootz Records continues to work fiercely towards answering the cries of reggae fans worldwide, who are looking for new and quality reggae music," a representative from the label was quoted as saying. "Our mission is to focus on keeping the genres of reggae alive, while sticking to the roots that has brought reggae to where it is today."
In the past, Indie-Rootz Records has dropped compilation albums such as The Ladylike Compilation, The Genzeb Collection, Confuscious, and The Natty Congo Collection.
Already, work is in progress on other projects that will follow the release of Royalty Dub.
Fans can also watch out for a Lady G EP, as well as singles from other artistes on the label.
In the new year, Indie-Rootz and another Montreal-based label, YuhSeeYou Productions, will jointly release another compilation which is currently in production.
