Colour, colour and more colour is the order of the upcoming Smirnoff Color Festival on Sunday, March 29 at Hope Gardens. It has become one of the most anticipated high-energy events of the soca season and this year is expected to attract a massive crowd of revellers. The last staging in September had set the pace when vodka giant Smirnoff partnered with the promoters of the event to deliver a colourful, experiential and exhilarating package. The venue was transformed into a sea of multiple colours with powder throws after each signal by the DJ.

"The feedback from our September staging was extremely positive. Unprompted patron feedback included things like 'I can't wait for the next Color Festival!', 'The next Color Festival can't miss me', 'This was the best party ever', and 'The Color Festival is the happiest festival in the world!'" explained Cooper.

On March 29, 2015, the promoters are promising an even greater event and will be going all out to ensure that the expectations of the patrons are met and, more so, exceeded.

"The Color Festival will continue to deliver a world-class party experience, the greatly anticipated hourly colour throws, a 150ft wide LED wall and backdrop with light show, a mix of the best international and local DJs and amazing drink experiences at our bar," said Cooper.

The DJs set to be on the line-up for the festival includes international EDM DJ Kyle Desouza, Titan VCD from Trinidad, and our very own local DJ Sanjay and Kurt Riley.

For everybody

Safia Cooper was also happy for the partnership with Smirnoff, noting the level of and additional energy brought through their vodka brand and its array of flavoured variants, from which the patrons can enjoy responsibly. "Smirnoff is 'exclusively for everybody' and this embodies and promotes the spirit of the Color Festival, which is underpinned by the values of happiness, love and unmatched positive group party experiences." she explained.

Nasha Douglas, brand manager for Smirnoff, is excited.

"Smirnoff is an sensational brand that helps to promote amazing events such as this and adds fun, vibes, and energy for the patrons. This event is not to be missed," Douglas said.

The Smirnoff Color Festival will be bringing the international party experience to Jamaica with unmatched entertainment standards for patrons.
