Earth mightiest heroes must save the planet in ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’.

When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping programme, things go awry and Earth's Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for a global adventure.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is an American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is the sequel to 2012's The Avengers and the 11th instalment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The film was written and directed by Joss Whedon and features an ensemble cast that includes Academy Award nominee Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, Academy Award nominee Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Academy Award nominee Jeremy Renner, Academy Award nominee Don Cheadle, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Cobie Smulders, Anthony Mackie, Hayley Atwell, Idris Elba, Stellan Skarsgard, James Spader, and Samuel L. Jackson.
