Chronixx and Zincfence Redemption will bring the newly refurbished venue at Levels, Skyline to life on Friday, October 9 with an acoustic performance dubbed Chronixx and Zincfence Redemption Live. The artiste, who will be the first to perform at the venue since its expansion, is preparing a show that allows fans to see him up close and personal.

"I want to take the audience into the realm of the production of the songs, which means they are going to hear sounds that they do not normally hear in a regular show. They are going to get the opportunity to focus on certain aspects of the music that, as listeners, they probably bypass by just listening frivolously," the artiste explained.

The artiste believes that the atmosphere of the small venue, owned by renowned lead singer of the Chakula Band, Errol McDonald, adequately lends itself to the plans of the Behind Curtain singer, whose aim is to allow people to experience music in its purest form.

"It is not going to be talking and explanation; it is going to be a performance of the song from the in-the-making perspective. Skyline is intimate, and people are going to get to see Zincfence Recordz, Chronixx, Zincfence Redemption and Teflon on stage for the first time," the artiste said.

The show will also feature Jahkime and Silkki Wonda with a special performance of their new single, Black Marcus.

Levels at Skyline is a limited-capacity venue and the Chronixx Music Group is encouraging patrons to purchase presold tickets for the event at a cost of $1,200 at Mi Hungry, Marketplace, Viva, Bob Marley Museum or Natural Touch, Orchid Village Plaza. Tickets can also be purchased at the gate on event day for $1,500. The organisers want to ensure more enjoyment for patrons, and as such, will start at 8:00 p.m. sharp.

The series Live at Levels, which has been staged since 2014, has featured artistes, Keznamdi, Kelissa, Christopher Martin and more. Chronixx, who staged the first leg of his Capture Land Jamaica Tour in March, performing in Negril, St Elizabeth, Portland and Kingston, is continuing his journey to educate fans and the world about the true form of reggae music. Chronixx and Zincfence Redemption continue the lessons on Friday, October 9 at Levels, Skyline Drive, Jacks Hill, St Andrew.
