THE URIM7 band is scheduled to be in Manchester on Saturday, January 7 to perform at Magnify Him 2017. The event, held on the first Saturday of January each year, will again be staged at the Kendal Camp and Conference Centre.

Magnify Him is a yearly gospel event conceptualised by Holiness Born Again Church in Heartease, Mandeville, first held in 1991. According to its founder and producer Anthony Morris, the celebration started with the main objective of being a choir presentation for the assembly. However, Magnify Him has taken on a larger, more inclusive and expansive role to incorporate a wider cross section of participants.

Known for its rich musical component and strong worship, Magnify Him has become one of the more popular gospel music events in central Jamaica and the place where families and the community get together to thank God for the year that has passed and praise Him in expectation for the year ahead.

The URIM7 Band will join the featured Holiness Born Again Church Choir from Heartease, along with other performers such as Revolution, Anointed Musicianz and Singers, Resounding Praise and the HBAC Withorn Choir.

The URIM7 Band, having performed internationally including at the White House in the United States, has two albums under their belt.
