Night tours of the Peter Tosh Museum will be a special feature of the Steppin' Razor Experience to be held on Saturday at the Pulse Centre in New Kingston.

The space, built in honour of the reggae legend, boasts a host of original artefacts from the work and life of Tosh. Guests will be able to experience the rich catalogue of items as well as be guided by informative narratives, highlighting the journey of the man who was born Winston Hubert McIntosh and who later transformed into the world renowned musician we know today as Peter Tosh.

The remarkable but short life of this self-taught musician is well documented and presented through sound, word and film and guests can expect to have a richer understanding of Tosh, who was an advocate of social justice as well as the legalisation of marijuana.

The Steppin Razor Experience, will feature live performances by Andrew Tosh, Garnet Silk Jr, Beenie Man, and a number of other artistes who will join in the festivities, as Jamaica pays homage to one of the pioneers of its native sound in the month that reggae is elevated and celebrated.

The Steppin Razor Experience is a production of the Peter Tosh Museum and is sponsored by Meli· Braco, Boom Energy Drink, The Spanish Court Hotel, Downsound Entertainment, with media partners Irie FM and Kool FM.
