Treasure Queen Boat Party for Sumfest
For Reggae Sumfest's 25th anniversary, patrons will sail the seas in high spirits and experience the music like they have never done before.
On Monday, July 17, at Pier One, Montego Bay, the Treasure Queen will pull up anchor at sunset, the perfect setting to party on the seas.
Patrons will be immersed in the vibrant colours and energy of Montego Bay, famous for its picturesque beaches, star-dotted sky, good food, and great party people.
"For the first time ever, Sumfest will host a boat party. It's the only exclusive Sumfest event with limited tickets," said Joe Bogdanovich, CEO of Downsound Entertainment - producer of the week long festival.
"Only 400 persons will be able to experience this magical night. It is also the only all-inclusive event for the duration of the festival and will happen in true Downsound style - glamour, high fashion, riddim and booze," he added.
The high-energy Sunset Boat Party, will feature pulsating music from DJ Kurt Riley and ZJ Liquid, accentuated by Sumfest dancers and the patrons will be gifted with Sumfest 25th anniversary tokens. With the inclusion of the Sumfest Sunset Boat Party on Monday, July 17, 2017, the festival cements itself as an institution synonymous with Jamaican bringing music from a fresh perspective.
