With Fathers' Day (Sunday, June 18) fast approaching, Konshens has amped up the promotion of his Original Daddy campaign. Armbands labelled 'Original Daddy' are being sold from which the proceeds will go towards the St Augustine's Place of Safety.

"We are selling these armbands, and fathers can purchase them to show that they are a real dad. All proceeds will go to the St Augustine Place of Safety. Just check the press for more details on where you can purchase these armbands," said Konshens.

Solid Agency and I Print are already on board for the Original Daddy initiative, and Konshens says that he is inviting other sponsors to participate.

Konshens recently extended his social responsibility to include the St Augustine Place of Safety in Chapleton, Clarendon, as he, along with his team from Solid Agency, assisted with a beautification project at the facility.

The facility caters to approximately 50 boys who have been removed from their families as they are in need of care and protection or have committed an offence.

"When the needs of the home were brought to my attention, I really thought they needed to be addressed urgently. I think most of the kids there are just victims of society and they deserve as much help as they can get," Konshens explained.

Back on the musical scene, Konshens recently released the video for his latest single, Turn Me On. He also has several new releases and collaborations, which will be released over the next few months.

"There are so many singles coming from different dancehall producers as well as a few international surprises that I don't want to mention just yet. The fans should just keep their ears and eyes open," he said.
