DJ Paul Michael set to energise Ribbiz
International DJ and member of New York City's Natural Born Club Killas, DJ Paul Michael, is set to make his return to Jamaica this week with an engaging set the Ribbiz Ultra Lounge, on Friday, September 29.
The popular eatery and lounge will play host to the prolific DJ, who has played for a number of key players in the entertainment industry, including Jamaica's own Shaggy, Buju Banton, Beres Hammond, Beenie Man, Bounty Killer, Konshens and international superstars Trey Songz, and celebities such as Usain Bolt and Kevin Hart.
DJ Paul Michael has thrilled audiences in Jamaica before, most notably at Dream Weekend's Extreme Wet 'n' Wild.
"I would have to say performing for the roughly 9,000 enthusiastic people at The Dream Weekend Wet n Wild party was my most enjoyable experience to date. It was awesome," said Michael.
"Jamaica is the ultimate test for any DJ. The Jamaican audience really knows music and is extremely discerning when it comes to how it is played at a party. If they like you, you know you're doing pretty good," he said jokingly when quizzed about his Jamaican experiences thus far.
Promises to please
DJ Paul Michael is guaranteeing that he will captivate Ribbiz's audience of avid partygoers with energy, creativity and a few surprises.
"I won't even know what I'm going to do until I get there," he replied when asked about what patrons should expect.
The well-travelled DJ says his main focus currently is expanding his brand. He plans to achieve this through additional international tour dates, which will take him worldwide.
