Yahdie Conscious by James Black (Jamie Spence) also was a standout line, showing her versatility and that she was more than just a swimsuit designer with her line including resort wear.

Reshma B Chains did not disappoint with her edgy radical accessories featuring a touch of Rastafarianism which the audience loved. And Martinique's Krystel Markos showcased a high fashion line with a black and white theme - a fine way to end the night.

Saturday

Saturday's master designers' showcase featured 14 collections from the stalwarts of the industry. Offering voluptuous women with the most fashionable threads, Kerry Kay's boutique made its CFW debut with her Print Me Solid line. Her gorgeous models included superstar of Gucci, et al fame Nadine Willis. The bright, edgy, chic, form-fitting collection, was a welcome addition to the runway.

The highlight of the evening, however, was Harambe by Cedella Marley joined by her sister Karen. Dedicated to Cedella's mother, Rita, who was present - the pieces made their way down the runway in a dazzling display. The sexy tribal, collection featured high-waisted shorts, pants, skirts, crop tops, and slit sleeved jackets.

Sunday

The final night of CFW, four designers ruled the runway. Claudia Pegus stood out with beautiful chains added to her designs, while The Cloth in thinking outside of the box, added patterns and prints to their garden themed line. But Attitude by Jamaican designer Ashley Martin stole the night, with her models gliding down the runway in show-stopping swimsuits, courtesy of a motorised device. Taking fashion to new-found heights, her designs oozed fierceness brought with shimmer and shine, toying with vibrant and dark colours, shades and textures.

The torch was then passed to Uzuri by Mark McDermott and Karl Williams, who wowed the crowd with reigning Miss Universe Jamaica Kaci Fennel, who was just peachy in an elegant jumpsuit. From there, extravagance followed, giving way to a wonderland of colour, glitter and glam.

And running the anchor leg of the night was the Rock the Runway Recap, which covered selected looks from designers of all three nights. All were celebrated with the soothing and soulful sound of the one and only Billy Ocean, who serenaded his crowd with some of his greatest hits. A perfect way to bring down the curtains on another year of CFW.
