Summer is just around the corner, and what better way to heat things up than by hitting the gym? Now I know what you're thinking: it's too late to get that summer body. But it's not. It's never too late to achieve those hot summer bods.

For this men's edition, the Flair caught up with four fitness enthusiasts who shared with us just how they intend to attain or maintain their summer bodies. Ladies, sit back, relax, and enjoy these fine chocolate flavours. And men, please take notes.

Sackorie Bailey

I've been working out for about a year and a half now. I'll actually be starting a gym membership soon, working out six days a week, resting on Sundays. As far as having a healthy lifestyle goes, I'll be focusing on consuming mostly protein and vegetables, staying away from starch and sugars.

Favourite exercise: The push up because it challenges me.

Marlon Birbridge

I've been in the field of health and fitness for seven years now, and I've been a certified trainer for three of those years. For the summer, I plan to continue eating clean and exercising five days a week.

Favourite exercise: My favourite workout is the Calesthenics (body weight workout) because it is something you can never master.

Percival Douglas

I've been exercising for seven years. I don't go to the gym, I do home training - running, jogging, push-ups, sit-ups other form of do-it-yourself athletics.

Favourite exercise: I love body exercises such as sit ups and push ups because they put such a high demand on the body.

Javoy Sawyers

I have been going to the gym for five years, and I've also been dieting. I have plans to participate in Tuff Warriors next month, so I'm gearing up for that.

Favourite exercise: Surprisingly, I like to squat. I didn't at first, but I found that squatting is a full body workout. In addition, the burn you feel after epitomises the whole workout experience.
