SKYY Delights - Savoury cocktail recipes

Enjoy any of the delightful SKYY cocktail recipes prepared by bartenders from across Kingston. They all prepared a favourite, unique blend with SKYY Vodka's international mixologist, Otis Florence, at The Bar at its Dominica Drive, St Andrew office, using SKYY Vodka Infusion flavours.

  • SKYY BLUE - by Nicholas Miller of Fiction Fantasy

In a shaker with ice, combine the following ingredients:

1 1/2oz Skyy Vodka

1/4oz lime juice

1/4oz simple syrup

1oz Blue CuraƧao

Method:

Shake well.

Pour over fresh ice in a rock glass.

Top with soda water and, garnish with lime.

In a shaker, combine:

1oz Peach Schnapps

2oz SKYY Infusions Passion Fruit Vodka

1 1\2oz pineapple juice

Method:

Shake well and pour over fresh ice in a rock glass.

Add a splash of Cranberry juice for colour.

Garnish with lime or pineapple.

Ingredients:

SKYY Infusions Moscato Grape

Amaretto

Lime juice

Ginger ale

1oz Amaretto liqueur

2 lime wedges

Method:

Muddle lime wedges in rock glass.

Add ice.

Add 1 1/2 oz Skyy Infusions Moscato Grape.

Top with ginger ale
