For this year's Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week (RW), Usain Bolt's Tracks & Records have you covered from the very first bite.

For RW, guests of Tracks & Records can get to sample a delicious new treat that will be available nowhere else - deep-fried cheesecake sundae. This is a new addition to the restaurant's menu and they believed that there was no better time to launch this delicious dessert than during the greatest gastronomic week on the Jamaican calendar. This guilty pleasure is made with white chocolate cheesecake wrapped in a spring roll shell and served with vanilla ice cream. Every inch of your being will rejoice at the first taste and have you yearning for more.

There are almost no words to explain this dessert that is inspired by an appetiser. The white chocolate cheesecake flavour mixed with the smoothness of the vanilla ice cream that mimics the flavour of the cheesecake when had together, will have every sweet tooth satisfied.

However, if your sweet tooth is not buzzing, then your other desires will certainly be filled with the to-die-for chicken supreme. It's beer-marinated chicken tenders, slowly smoldered in a coconut mango sauce with coconut milk. This exquisite meal is served with white rice and local vegetables.
