For this year's Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week (RW), Jacqui Tyson - From Yard Style to Gourmet will feature its Build Your Own Plate once more, with a toe-curling signature dish.

Pork is a Jamaican favourite, and if it is yours, then you should try the mango-glazed pig's tail. This exhilarating dish will have you licking your fingers. The pig's tails are soaked to remove the salt, boiled, simmered in the sauce and later grilled. The dish has a savoury sweet flavour that is just mesmerising.

This dish is a Jacqui Tyson's signature, and you have not lived if you have not dived into the intoxicating flavours of the sweet spices and juicy, tender pig's tail. The sweetness of the mango sauce mixed with the pig's tail will have your tongue rejoicing in complete satisfaction. But this dish will only be offered on the Friday of RW.

If you are not a pork lover, you are still in for a treat. You will not be limited to one meat or a structured meal, but you will be able to Build Your Own Plate. Guests are given a choice of three meats with the exception of rib, so guests will be able to experience as much of Jacqui's exceptional cuisine as possible during RW.
