Melt away at Truck Stop
They say if something isn't broken, don't fix it, and for that reason, Truck Stop's customers are guaranteed that this year will be as delicious as ever. For its fourth time participating in the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week, Truck Stop have maintained their all-time favourite - grilled lobster.
The grilled lobster is a favourite and Truck Stop decided to treat its customers to what they want. Chef Winston Ford told Food that the garlic sauce and the tenderness of the lobster is what appeals most to the customers.
"The garlic sauce mixed with signature herbs gives it a unique, incredibly delicious taste. It is juicy, not burnt or overdone, so it just melts in your mouth," said Ford, appearing completely lost in the very thought of his great creation.
But the lobster won't be alone as other seafood will also be on the menu, including fish done anyway you like - escoveitched or fried, it's just as nice. And jerk lovers are not forgotten as they will also be serving us delicious morsels of jerked pork and chicken - all-time favourites for Jamaicans.
