Japanese Restaurant Cocoro will be one of the best places to try sushi this Restaurant Week (RW).

Guests will be able to get a spring roll dynamic duo with the orchis and fried shrimp spring rolls at the restaurant in the Savoury category this RW. The orchis has a combination of cooked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber and crab stick on the outside. The fried shrimp spring roll will consist of shrimp and lettuce, and of course, these delicacies will be served with wasabi and ginger.

The wasabi and ginger really make the sushi pop. They amplify every ingredient and make this exotic dish take you on a food journey that you will not regret.

However, if you are do not want to try this exotic dish, you can indulge in the sweet and salty flavours of their teriyaki chicken. This is served with rice, shredded cabbage, string beans and tomatoes. The teriyaki chicken is drizzled with mayonnaise, creating an end product that all meat lovers will enjoy.
