Once called the richest and wickedest city in the world, Port Royal is the home of Grand Port Royal Marina and Spa. Open everyday from 2:30 p.m. until guests say when, the recently renovated hotel is planning to serve up quite a treat come November 14-22.

Bar and restaurant manager Molech Brown, speaking about the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week, shared that the new management is excited about being a part of the annual event as it will provide much-needed publicity and exposure for the hotel. "The service the staff gives, as well as the food we offer, is extremely high in quality, and members of the public need to know about us," Brown said.

Despite being known for the wide array of seafood dishes on the menu, a secret ingredient added to their succulent stewed pork for RW guarantees that Brown and his team will wow foodies with its excellent taste while providing the perfect ambience - an amazing view of the harbour. "This side of Kingston is known for making fish, and as such, we plan to give guests the unexpected, which is the pork. And we can guarantee everyone will be satisfied," ended Brown.
