Not just for seafood lovers
Spring Garden Café and Seafood Grill, located along the Ocho Rios bypass, will cater not only to seafood lovers, but to persons of all culinary preferences, during the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week.
Chef Lennox Wilson has introduced at least three new dishes this year, including the Seafood Thermidor, which quickly became a seafood lovers' delight.
"The Seafood Thermidor consists of lobster, scallop and fish," Wilson explained. "Also new on the menu this year is the lobster primavera and the chicken capri, so too our seafood bisque," he added.
The seafood bisque is one of two on the menu with diners being able to choose between that and cream of pumpkin with sweet corn.
The blend of herbs and spices Williams used is top secret, but is guarantees that diners will this year leave the restaurant very satisfied.
Restaurant manager, Shorna Taylor, is looking forward to another excellent Restaurant Week. "Our dishes will sell off!" she exclaimed. "We are hoping for a very, very good Restaurant Week because the menu so far is very good; it's excellent."
Taylor said the menu will include seafood and non-seafood dishes.
