Amid the luxury and sophistication of the colonial style decor, the Regency Restaurant at the Terra Nova prides itself in offering fine dining paired with the world?s best wines, soothing strains of live piano music under soft, romantic candle lights.

Opened daily between the hours of 6 and 10:30 p.m., diners in need of a quiet and private atmosphere to enjoy a gourmet fare, The Regency Restaurant is the ideal place to make reservations come November 14-22 during the Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week.

Our ambassador, Deika Morrison, who is a repeat diner, spoke highly of the meal and service she received: ?All courses were flavourful and well presented. The service was impeccable ? the courses came out in a timely manner. Frank Gilmore, with his decades of experience and knowledge, made me feel very welcome. The dining experience as a whole was very enjoyable ? the ambiance, food and service.?

When asked about the specific dishes, Morrison shared: ?The lobster creole appetiser was my favourite ? outstanding in taste and presentation. Tender and flavorful with a contrast of texture with the tostone. The lamb rib main course was delicately seasoned with rosemary and red wine to compliment the natural gaminess of the meat. It was perfectly done medium-well, as I asked. Delicious!?
