It's Bamboo Beach Club for a unique dining experience
Bamboo Beach Club, formerly Reggae Beach, is situated at Prospect, just outside Tower Isle in St Mary, and participates in Restaurant Week for the first time.
"Bamboo Beach Club offers a unique dining experience on the most charming and beautiful beach property one can find," said beach manager Terresha Perry.
For dining, the beach is transformed into an ultracool outdoor lounge with tables set along the shoreline.
Come November 14-22, Bamboo Beach Club will offer international and Jamaican cuisine that includes Chef Daneann Minto's popular Tuna Tartar and the uniquely created Oxtail Bruschetta.
Among the items on the main course is chicken breast stuffed with ackee and salt fish, served with mushroom rice and sorrel and ginger glaze, and the never dull large portion of a whole steamed fish.
"The culinary experience is not complete without our amazing selection of home-made desserts," Perry stated.
"Diners may choose from the traditional rum an raisin bread pudding, drizzled with caramel sauce, to the international tres leches cake with dulce de leche, to the secret ingredient in the heavenly coffee cheesecake."
