New C&C South Beach Restaurant ready to hit the spot

Bid farewell to the old and give a warm welcome to the new. South Beach Café is now under new management as C&C South Beach Restaurant & Sports Bar, aiming to raise the stakes in providing a uniquely quaint experience around all things savoury and sweet.
The brainchild of twins Chris and Collin Francis, the new South Beach opened a little over a month ago. Tucked away in a sea of nature, it is a multifunction venue, which boasts several indoor and outdoor dining or lyming areas.
Marketing Manager David Thompson gave Food a detailed tour of the facilities recently.
The fist thing Thompson pointed out was how important customer service is to the new management, and as part of the facelift regime, about 90 per cent of the staff is new. The number of tables the facility usually accommodates have been reduced to give the scenic space a more laid-back feel.
They have created a wide array of additional areas to accommodate large and small groups for events. Just to give you an idea of what they are working with, there is the backyard, seating a group of 16; a new deck (terrace); private gazebo fitting close to 30 persons; a smoking lounge, à la carte restaurant, and Club Indulge, which can house up to 120 people, among many others.

"The beautiful thing about our location is that all of our sections cater to just about everyone. You can choose to have dinner and then complete the night with dancing, or you can just host your own event. And you don't have to worry about another party a stone's throw away. The sound won't travel since it is only confined to your area. You can even choose your own music by plugging in your own device and keep your own party," Thompson highlighted.
C& C South Beach Restaurant & Sports Bar has also given the restaurant a 'food-lift', so to speak, with freshly prepared and palatable pleasing menu items. Their dishes from the à la carte restaurant will blow your taste buds through the roof with rich flavour, as was demonstrated with their succulent grilled pork chops marinated in a secret sauce, served with mashed potatoes vegetables and grilled pineapples and mouth-watering chicken seascape - chicken breast stuffed with crab meat and cheese, served with vegetables and mashed potatoes and a pool of herb cream sauce.
With the chef's speciality being seafood and guarantees of "this is the best fish you will ever have" floating on air from the kitchen, you really can't help but salivate at that tasty thought.
Cocktails are not to be left out, as their mixologists take the utmost care in delivering exotic mixed libations - their seasonal sorreltini hit the right spot for the Christmas holidays.
For the sports bar, each day will be celebrated in its exclusive way, with the rise of Karaoke Sundays, Flaming Tuesdays - steak and seafood night, Beer Wednesdays and Smirnoff Cocktail Fridays are already in full effect with the intention to celebrate each day the C&C way.
