Local meats prepared by renowned chef Jacqui Tyson were all the rage at Jamaica Broilers in Spring Village, St Catherine, recently.

The tasty dishes were prepared using mild rotisserie chicken, Reggae Jammins chicken nuggets and beef burgers, Hamilton's jerked sausages in pasta, smoked chicken and jerked chicken, slices.

To quench the thirst after such sizzling delights, there was orange juice and fruit punch, in addition to coffee and other hot beverages.

"We used the local products and we find them easy to use and are very tasty. We just need to have persons enjoying the authentic local brand," Jacqui Tyson said. Here are the highlights.
