1oz lime juice
1/2oz simple syrup
Maraschino cherry
1/2 cup sliced strawberries (adjust to taste)
1 1/2 cups Ice
Method
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except maraschino cherry.
2. Blend until smooth, stir lightly for an icy consistency.
3. Pour into glass.
4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or melon slice.
Quick Sand Colada
Ingredients (bottom layer)
2oz light rum
3tbs strawberry or cherry syrup
2oz Strawberry Pucker Liqueur
1 small slice melon
1/2oz simple syrup
1 1/2 cups ice
Ingredients (top layer)
Coconut milk
Cinnamon powder
Evaporated milk
Hershey's chocolate syrup
Method
Bottom layer
1. In a blender combine; light rum, strawberry or cherry syrup, strawberry pucker, sliced melon and ice.
2. Blend until smooth, stir lightly for an icy consistency.
3. Pour into glass.
Top layer
1. Combine all liquid ingredients into blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon powder to flavour.
Garnish with chocolate syrup, a melon ball or maraschino cherry.
Blue Bay Breeze Cocktail
1 part Malibu Rum
2 parts Blue CuraÁao Liqueur
3 parts cranberry juice
2 parts pineapple juice
1 lemon wedge
1 maraschino cherry
Method
1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker.
2. Add ice.
Shake vigorously until drink becomes blue.
3. Garnish with lemon or pineapple wedge and a cherry on top.
Blended Fruit Punch
3 slices pineapple
2 small slices melon
2 strawberry sliced
1 ripe banana
2oz simple syrup
1 papaya gutted
2oz mango juice
1 slice honeydew melon (garnish)
Ice
3oz water
Method
1. Pour water into blender.
2. Combine all fruits into blender.
3. Blend until purÈed.
4. Add ice.
5. Blend until smooth.
