Jermaine Barnaby/Photographer This non-vegetable platter include the Malai Tikka which is a boneless chicken breast with cream grilled in a tandoor, then to compliment this mild chicken that is so tender it melts in your mouth is the Chilli Garlic Shrimp which is sweet and a bit spicy and lastly to top of the palate expedition is crispy fried szechwan fish which is on the spicy side but does not compete with the other two meats on the platter. A perfect compliment.
Jermaine Barnaby/Photographer The vegetable platter includes tandoori broccoli - grilled florets of broccoli manrinated in spices, mild spicy; water chestnuts which has sweet and spicy flavour complimenting the entire platter and a masala dosa or lentil wrap which is a thin golden crispy rice lentil crepe stuffed with spiced potatoes and onions - spicy, served with a coconut chutney which makes a toe curling combination.
