Perched along the Linstead Bypass in St Catherine is the picturesque oasis called Biters Gardens Restaurant and Sports Bar.

The spacious establishment has a touch of modern chic infused with rustic elements.

According to manager Oniqueka Honeyghan, "We are designed to suit the discriminating taste of all who want a splendid setting."

Biters Gardens Restaurant and Sports Bar offers a wide variety of dishes that will definitely have you salivating after each bite.

Among their offerings are grilled beef tenderloin, pork tenderloin, chicken burger, chicken in breadcrumbs, saltfish bruschetta, pork chops, jerked fish, herb-crusted chicken, pork and lobster.

Some of the most popular dishes include Biters Fire-Breathing Shrimp Cocktail, Biters Ceasers Salad and Biters South-western Salads. All dishes are served with a choice of rice, cornmeal, bammy or creamed potatoes.

"We need to make food a statement, therefore, we are here to serve the very best in local and international dishes," states head chef Omar Virgo.

For assistant Dwayne Burton, Biters is a special place to him.

"The place has provided employment for me as a chef, and we have grown as a family. This is a great place."

"When I started this business, it was just a place to get together with friends, but it has evolved into a fulfilling gesture," states proprietor Dennis Pryce.

Biters is an oasis that satisfies the taste buds of all its customers.
