Redbones is a family owned and operated casually elegant jazz and blues themed Nouvelle Caribbean Cuisine fine dining restaurant and bar that offers lunch and dinner in a relaxed atmosphere while at the same time a unique cultural experience, that includes the best consistent live music in St Andrew, poetry readings, foreign film screenings and art exhibitions.

The Baked Shrimp Stuffed with Homemade Salted Codfish Pate is definitely a crowd favorite. It was created this during Restaurant Week a number of years ago when one of the then sponsors challenged restaurants around the island to come up with a creative way to use their company's product - saltfish. "We were excited by the challenge and created a delicious new appetiser that balanced both flavour and texture. It was so well received that week, that returning customers requested for it to be included as an item on our permanent menu. It is definitely a crowd favorite," shared restaurant manager Enola Williams.
