With jerked chicken being one of Jamaica's unofficial national dishes, Food decided to treat your discerning palate to its authentic flavour in this week's Street Eatz. While everyone was busy enjoying the festivities on stage at the highly anticipated reggae stage show, Redemption Live, held in the streets of Half-Way Tree last Sunday, some took the time out to indulge in other delicious offering, courtesy of chicken guru CB Chicken.

Aromas of smoked goodness danced to the beats of reggae legend Bob Marley filling the air and awakening the appetites of music lovers.

The CB team created their very own 'food court' on the sidelines of the main event, and recruited the likes of experienced chefs, who served up tasty jerked chicken, chicken kebabs and chicken soup.

We ventured into the VIP section of the concert where we were greeted by a familiar face the 2016 Pan Chicken Champion, Terry-Ann Davidson. As the sun set and night crept on to the scene, scores of patrons gathered at her tent to purchase the succulent servings she had to offer. Here is what she had to say on her Redemption Live food experience.

"The experience has been very nice. The feedback, too, has been really good; everyone is glad that I am here jerking for VIP section, and have been commenting that my chicken tastes good. So, from they are happy, I am happy."
