Who doesn’t like wings? Well, The Deck has made a mark on our appetite with this treat served with their in-house jerk sauce.
The Deck’s stamp and go served with their in-house dip to add a bit more punch to an already tasty dish.

You will go for the food and definitely stay for the ambience. The Deck satisfies both culinary and relaxation desires.

The semi-outdoor setting of The Deck is ideal for the summer. The rustic decor contributes to the ambience and vibe that make this restaurant so popular. Manager Richard Spencer Jnr told Food that this is part of the reason his patrons keep returning. The Friday after, work jam is particularly popular.

Wednesday's 'wings nights' are also very popular. The curried mutton has a reputation of being flavourful down to the bone. And, if you are an appetiser kind of person, the stamp and go (salt fish fritters) will have your mouth watering.

Then there are the drinks. Everything from beer to cocktails go down smooth at The Deck. You can get including a tropical blend to combat our climate, like The Executive that has the perfect sweet-sour flavour of pineapple and lime juice with the smooth touch of Appleton Estate 12 Year Old.

There are also frozen beverages such as the Deck Summer Daiquiri. It is a flavourful blend topped off with Appleton VX. The Epic is a simple drink with only two ingredients (Appleton and coconut water) and is a must-try. There are too many options to name here, but you could have fun trying them all.

All in all, The Deck is the place to spend some quality time. It is open from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.



Queen of The Deck (rum-based martini)



1oz Appleton Estate reserve

2oz Moscato

1/4oz lime juice

2oz white cranberry


Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and pour.


Deck Summer Daiquiri



3/4oz Lilyfield Sour Schnapps

3/4oz Lilyfield Peach Schnapps

1/4oz lime juice

2oz white cranberry juice

1oz Appleton VX/Signature blends


1. Make an iced blend of the schnapps, lime juice and cranberry.

2. Pour into glass and top with Appleton VX/Signature blends.

2oz Appleton Estate Reserve Blend

2 - 4oz coconut water


Mix and serve on the rocks.

11/2 oz Appleton Estate 12 Year Old

3/4 oz Lilyfield Amerita

1/4 oz lime juice

21/2 oz pineapple juice


Shake and serve on the rocks.
