Come get a taste of Annex’s sushi with tempura vegetables.

When you feel like getting a fill of delicious Asian fare, Annex East Japanese is waiting just around the corner to fulfil your palatable pleasures.

The warm greeting, inviting aroma and exquisite, cozy ambiance of the restaurant, tucked away in the Courtyard at Lady Musgrave, is everything a Japanese food lover could ask for.

Manager and sushi chef for the past four years, Yuki Anai, has been in the East Japanese family for a long time and has mastered the art of making delicious sushi. Kitchen chef Keigo Miyagi, who has worked alongside Anai for the past four years, loves complementing the sushi bar with his fine grilling skills and ability to leave a lasting taste on customers taste buds.

Whipping up their favourite dishes on the Restaurant Week menu, Anai did a combination of sushi rolls of salmon and tuna belly and yellow tail with tempura vegetable made of potato, pumpkin, green peppers, carrot and broccoli, while Miyagi cooked some finger-licking teriyaki chicken with three pieces of fried chicken dumplings.

Thinking about where to go for Restaurant Week? Just swing by Annex and have Anai and Miyagi hook you up with some yummy Japanese goodies.
