Centro at The Courtyard at the Marriott has decided to add their flavour to this year's Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week.

The first-timers are proud to show off their talents for this RW. Their chef, Coatiest Gabbidon, who has been with them since they opened two years ago, has 20 years' experience in his back pocket, giving him the expertise needed to tantalise your taste buds for Restaurant Week.

He has developed a passion for food through his love for eating and creativity.

"I love the chemistry of food and indulging in the creativity on an artistic level," he told Food.

This is obvious in his hoisin glazed snapper served on top of roasted sweet potatoes with Asian salad bouquet. It is unique to The Courtyard, and one that he believes guests won't find anywhere else.

His pairing and working with The Courtyard is one that he enjoys. The quality service, fine food and exceptional ambience is why he believes one should come by for RW. As the new kid on the block, he believes that they will offer the freshest experience.
