Golden Treasures Inside Cellar 8

Tucked away in the heart of Upper Manor Park Center is Cellar 8 Wine, Bar and Bistro. This epitome of chic, modern elegance not only offers an array of assorted wines but a number of delectable dishes which are a fusion of Asian, French and Jamaican cuisine. This is their first time being a part of Restaurant Week and they have decided to show their patrons no mercy when it comes to giving the ultimate fine dining experience. "This is going to be way different from the regular Restaurant Week experience. This is our first time so we have to go big," executive chef Ramesh Maragh told Food.

Cellar 8's signature appetiser is the Oxtail Bruschetta created by chef Javan Brown. This tantalising morsel is made of oxtail, sweet pepper, parmesan cheese and sour cream.
