Excellent responses by patrons to Bamboo Blu's mouth-watering menu has placed the beachfront restaurant at the top when it comes to customer satisfaction.

During Restaurant Week, diners at the restaurant, located on the beach next to Riu Ocho Rios hotel in Mammee Bay, St Ann, will get a chance to indulge, with Chef Milton McNish getting everything in place for what should be an unforgettable culinary experience.

"Patrons can expect nothing but the best. That's what we always aim for. We always try to exceed our guests' expectations both in presentation and taste of the meals we provide here at Bamboo Blu," said a confident McNish.

Among the favourite dishes are the coconut snapper, lobster and shrimp, with the menu also including pork chops, spaghetti Bolognese and several other savoury items.

Restaurant manager Daniel Gibson says the culinary delights will be matched by the beauty of the location.

"We have a fantastic property with lovely views of the ocean in Mammee Bay," Gibson pointed out. "It's a place where diners can relax with family and friends, have a good time and great food."

With Restaurant Week being described by the restaurant as being "fantastic", things are looking towards an even better 2017.

Says McNish: "I'm looking forward to Restaurant Week and, like I said before, we always try to exceed our guests' expectations with the premium quality food that we serve here.

"Wherever you're from, just come on down to Bamboo Blu and try us," McNish urged.
