Executive Chef Omar Jones wholly endorses the snapper and shrimp surprise served with a papaya compute.

"This is one of my favorite dishes to make because it really surprises everyone who has it," he told Food.

Seasoned to perfection, each bite of the shrimp surprise is packed with flavour.
