The Restaurant at the Round Hill Hotel offers a tranquil environment which captivates the palate one savoury morsel at a time. Award-winning Executive Chef Martin Maginley and his highly skilled team decided to up the ante with their Restaurant Week menu this year. Each meal was inspired by Jamaica's bounty of cultural influences, and maintains the traditional home-made characteristic that we all know and love.

Chef Maginley has served the Restaurant at Round Hill for over 10 years, and has been a part of Restaurant Week since 2013. He is excited to please both new and regular customers with his delectable offers this year.

Their featured Restaurant Week dishes are: Green pea soup, which is an appetiser made from a puree of organic fresh green peas with feta fondue and chive crackers. This is a traditional dish with a modern twist that is both filling and satisfying. Prepare for a burst of flavour with this healthy choice. Their main entree is the signature Annatto Poached Coconut Grouper. This meal consists of fresh grouper poached in an annatto-coconut broth.

The Restaurant at Round Hill offers a modern Caribbean fusion of spices which are freshly picked from their very own organic garden. The secret to their delicious aromatic offerings is the fact that their ingredients are naturally grown on their property. So try this for this year's Restaurant Week.
