Looking for a culinary chill out for Restaurant Week? Well, maybe you need to make a stop at Chill Out Hut in Montego Bay. Food was delightfully treated to a one-pound escoveitched snapper, served with traditional Jamaican rice and peas, under the fish-your-way option. It is also available as a fish fillet, and can be freshly prepared fried, steamed, escoveitched or brown stewed. Then there was the barbecued spareribs, well seasoned, marinated, grilled and coated with their homemade barbecue sauce, served with a side of mashed potatoes. These dishes are two of the restaurant's bestsellers and are usually ordered during this time of year.

Located on the shoreline, the cool sea breeze creates a pie in the sky for rest and relaxation all nestled by selected huts, or under the main hut fully stocked with a bar. While the sweet aromas dancing in the air awakens a delicious experience that awaits. So make a date, and rescue your palate with a taste of Chill Out Hut for this year's Restaurant Week.
