RW 2018 | Setting the Bar ‘A’ Style

Marrying food with flavour can result in a satisfying 'happily ever after' for foodies. And setting that bar, 'A' Style, for this Restaurant Week is, you guessed it, A-Bar Restaurant and Lounge. According to Chef Dowayne Kenton, the three supervisors, along with the chefs, put their minds together to come up with an original and uniquely intriguing RW menu.

"We were given the chance to be creative and rose to that culinary challenge. It wasn't anything that we saw, or that existed for that matter. It was something that we knew would entice taste buds," he added. Their signature dish, pan seared salmon served in a pool of scotch bonnet cream sauce, drizzled with cranberry coulis, served with mashed mash potato and seasonal vegetables - baby corn, grapes, tomatoes, string bean and carrot - will supply a savoury rejuvenating experience. Couple that with their exciting atmosphere, and you would be winning for dining at A-Bar Restaurant and Lounge for Restaurant Week,
