Owner Linda Chidester explained that in the past, Restaurant Week was good, a bit crazy, but good nonetheless. Now that it's The Cracked Conch's third year participating in the long-awaited foodie affair, the dining specialists are looking forward to offering a dynamic RW menu, just for you.

The callaloo-stuffed chicken breast with herb-roasted potatoes and tropical steamed vegetables is a tasty RW highlight. "We use everything local: local seasoning, local ground provision and local chicken. Everything here is homemade and prepared fresh and flavorful for your palate," Chidester added.
