Collection MoDa goes live on Gleaner Online
The fashion gods and goddesses are to hold court at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel in New Kingston today for the 2014 staging of The Collection MoDa, which promises to be bigger and better with collections from some of the best in local, regional and international fashion.
The catwalk will feature designs from Spokes Apparel by Dexter Huxtable, Claudia Pegus and Korto Momolu ('Project Runway' alum).
Also up for grabs is a $250,000 MoDa grant, courtesy of First Global Bank, for one of five emerging Jamaican designers.
The event promises a host of celebrities and popular faces, including 'America's Next Top Model' Cycle 14 winner Krista White, supermodel Sesilee Lopez, and celebrity stylist/consultant Arnold Milfort, who has worked with the likes of Phillip Lim and Oscar de la Renta.

Fashionistas and style lovers from all over the world will virtually have front-row seats to enjoy the fashion show. The stream goes live with a 7:45 p.m. pre-show hosted by the dynamic duo of Terri-Karelle Reid, Gleaner Online brand manager, and Garfene Grandison, Flow public relations executive.
