Wheelchair-mobile Michael Hill (right) is overjoyed as he receives a surprise gift basket on Tuesday from head of operations for the Kingston East Police, Deputy Superintendent Hornett Williams, and Sergeant Rodney Matthews, officer in charge of the Franklyn Town Police Division.

The officers were out surprising the elderly and other persons in the East Kingston Division with Christmas baskets.
