The 106th staging of the ISSA-GraceKennedy Boys' and Girls' Athletics Championships delivered one of the most exciting title races in recent years, with defending champions Calabar and Edwin Allen eventually outpowering their rivals to retain their respective male and female titles.

There was little doubt for the girls from Edwin Allen, who started their celebrations early on Saturday, while Calabar had to come from behind, after entering the final day in third place, before flexing their muscles for a 26th hold on the Mortimer Geddes trophy.

Our photographers were on hand to capture the excitement as both team's celebrated their success yesterday.
