Alleged killer of JC student to appear in court on Monday

Fourteen-year-old Nicholas Francis was stabbed to death in an attempted cellphone robbery.

Quacie Hart, the man charged with the murder of Jamaica College student, Nicholas Francis, is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.

Hart has been in custody since last Saturday when he surrendered to the police in the company of his lawyer Adrian Christie.

The police had listed him as the man wanted for the murder of the 14-year-old teen.

Francis was stabbed to death on a Toyota Coaster bus near his school when he refused to hand over his cell phone to a robber.
