As part of its divestment programme, the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) is offering nine service lots in Fairy Hill, Portland, for sale.

The corporation says the properties will be sold on a "first-come, first-serve basis until all lots on offer are sold". The deadline for applications is Thursday, June 1.

Of the lots on the market for sale, eight are residential and one commercial, with costs ranging from $2.5 million to $4.9 million. The size of the lots vary from just over 311 square metres to more than 1,839 square metres.

Application forms are available at the UDC's 12 Ocean Boulevard head office in downtown Kingston or on the corporation's website at www.udcja.com/investments-opportunities.

Interested persons are expected to submit copies of their Tax Registration Number, a valid identification, in the form of a passport, national identification card or a driver's licence, as well as documentation demonstrating the applicant's ability to complete the purchase from a licensed financial institution.

The UDC manages the Fairy Hill property, which covers some 110.69 hectares of land.
