More exciting matches this week in TVJ's Junior Schools' Challenge

Week six of Round One of TVJ's Junior Schools' Challenge Quiz is here, and it signals that round two of the competition is just around the corner.

In this the penultimate week of Round One competition, Solid Base Preparatory from St Catherine and Foundation Preparatory from Clarendon kick things off today in the first match of the week.

Both teams are looking forward to get their campaigns started for this season. Solid Base Preparatory returns to the competition for the second time and is determined to make it through the rounds.

Romeo Lee, coach of Solid Base, said the team is confident ahead of its match.

"The team prepares by participating in several practice matches, and the win ratio is high, so the team is feeling pretty confident," he said.

Here is the line-up of the other matches for this week:

- On Tuesday, Excelsior Primary takes on Spalding Primary.

- Melrose Primary and PGA Preparatory meet on Wednesday.

- On Thursday, George Headley Primary go up against Seaview Primary.

- To close things off on Friday are Jessie Ripoll Primary and May Pen Primary.
