After Portsmouth's Round One win, the team's coach, Claudia Gayle-Rose, told The Gleaner that she was very happy with the performance "I am very, very elated. Words cannot express how I feel," she said.

She said that the team would be working on its buzzer skills for Round Two of the competition.
